Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, insurance companies do not currently reimburse for the time needed for an integrative/functional evaluation. Depending on your health insurance plan, particularly with PPOs, you may be able to apply some of the lab and appointment charges towards your deductible. Once your deductible is met you may be partly reimbursed. You can request a detailed superbill to submit to your insurance if you live in New Mexico or Florida. We provide this superbill after receiving payment for the visit. For residents of states other than New Mexico or Florida, we are not able to provide a superbill.
