Before Your Visit
You’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire before your appointment. This allows Dr. Goldberg to review your history ahead of time so your visit can focus on what matters most.
During Your Visit
Your visit includes a comprehensive discussion of your medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, and environmental exposures. Together, we’ll identify root causes, discuss testing, and build your care plan.
After Your Visit
You’ll leave with a preliminary care plan designed for you, plus clear next steps and lab recommendations (if appropriate). We’ll review test results and refine your plan at your follow-up visit.

Do you accept insurance?
No. Dr. Goldberg does not participate with commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
For New Mexico and Florida residents with commercial insurance, a detailed superbill is available upon request that you may submit to your insurance company if you’re eligible for reimbursement. Medicare beneficiaries are not eligible for a superbill.
What happens after my first visit?
You’ll leave your initial appointment with a preliminary care plan tailored to your health concerns, along with recommendations for any appropriate laboratory testing and clear next steps.
Once your testing is complete, your plan will be reviewed and refined during your follow-up visit, where you’ll discuss your results and develop a more comprehensive treatment strategy.
How long is the first appointment?
Your initial visit includes:

30 minutes of physician time before and after your visit to review your records and prepare your personalized care plan
The initial visit fee is $600.
Is this available virtually?
Yes. General Medical Visits are available either in person at Dr. Goldberg’s Santa Fe office or by secure video visit.
