Whether you’re looking for answers to persistent symptoms, navigating a complex medical history, or simply want a more comprehensive approach to your health, a general visit is a place to start.
Dr. Goldberg takes the time to understand your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and environmental exposures so you can begin identifying the factors that may be contributing to your health concerns.
Fees
$400 per hour
Initial visits are $600, which includes:
✔ 60 minutes of appointment time
✔ 30 minutes of Dr. Goldberg’s time reviewing your intake information and working on your case before and after your visit
✔ Follow-up appointments are typically 30–60 minutes depending on the complexity of your case and are billed at the hourly rate.
Insurance: Dr. Goldberg does not accept commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. For NM and FL residents with commercial insurance, a detailed superbill is available upon request for possible reimbursement.*
Medicare beneficiaries are not eligible for a superbill.
Before Your Visit
You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire about your medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle. If you have a complex medical history, Dr. Goldberg will also review the records you submit prior to your appointment.
During Your Visit
Dr. Goldberg will take a comprehensive medical history, including diet, lifestyle, and environmental exposures, and organize your history into a timeline to help identify potential contributing factors.
For in-person visits, this also includes a detailed physical examination. Together, you’ll discuss appropriate lab testing and determine next steps.
After Your Visit
You’ll leave your initial appointment with a preliminary plan based on what is known at that stage of your evaluation.
Your first follow-up is generally scheduled within 2–6 weeks. At that visit, Dr. Goldberg will review available testing and refine your plan based on the findings.
